I work as postdoctoral researcher in the psychology department at Macquarie University. My research focuses on music psychology and emotion
I'm in the final stages of my Ph.D. over at The University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology in the areas of computer science and music psychology.
My Ph.D. focuses on using computer to influence the emotions of music. You can read more about that here.
From 2000 - 2003 I undertook my second undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Information Technology (hons I), majoring in computer networks and securities.
From 1998 to 2000 I undertook my first undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science majoring in physics.

I enjoy a wide variety of interests, much of which focus around the arts
I am a classical pianist, and enjoy works ranging from the baroque to modern era
I composed for a brief period. You can find some of my recorded compositions here.
I enjoy keeping fit and eating well. I play a number of sports, one of which is Parkour
I am a monthly donor to Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders), and I urge you to be as well.
