I left the sauna at Hotel Cumulus and headed over to Hotel Palomestari, my accommodation for the next few days. It was the cheapest of the available accommodation I could find through the Internet. The entire place stank of smoke; the carpet, the walls, everything. Save for the level I was staying, which was non-smoking, the whole place stank. There were stains all over the room, and not the kind you want to see on chairs and couches. I spent most of the day holed up in my room, avoiding the marks and trying to recoup my strength for the Ice Breaker tour tomorrow. The only redeeming feature of the hotel was its lavish buffet breakfast.
