My research focuses on music psychology and emotion </li> <li>I&#39;m in the final stages of my Ph.D. over at The University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology in the areas of computer science and music psychology.</li> <li>My Ph.D. focuses on using computer to influence the emotions of music. <a href="phd" target="_blank" title="influencing the emotions of music">You can read more about that here</a>.</li> <li>From 2000 - 2003 I undertook my second undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Information Technology (hons I), majoring in computer networks and securities.</li> <li>From 1998 to 2000 I undertook my first undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science majoring in physics.</li> </ul> <p> <h2>Personal</h2> <ul> <li>I enjoy a wide variety of interests, much of which focus around the arts</li> <li>I am a classical pianist, and enjoy works ranging from the baroque to modern era</li> <li>I composed for a brief period. <a href="my_music" target="_blank" title="My Music">You can find some of my recorded compositions here</a>.</li> <li>I enjoy keeping fit and eating well.
